Products shown are for illustrative purposes and although they are stocked pieces sometimes inventories are depleted.  We reserve the right to substitute if the bear or other stuffed animal you select is no longer available. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We represent all the major manufacturers in the industry and, along with our own line, offer simply the best in teddy bears and other stuffed animals. All of our selections of these wild and wooly furry critters will certainly be loved for life!

REFUND POLICY

All 1-800-TEDDYBEAR teddy bears and other fuzzy critters are unconditionally guaranteed - no questions asked.  We will replace, exchange or give a full refund of the purchase price for any teddy bear or other fuzzy critter purchased from us. They must be returned in new, “as received” condition.  It's that simple.  Just tell us what you would like.  Shipping and handling and any other items included along with the teddy bear or fuzzy critter are not returnable and there will be no credit or refunds.
